Remember there are two parts to a trade. How valuable the player is to you, and how valuable they will be to the team that wants him. Is he worth the 1st and mid? Not in a vacuum. But the Eagles still need him, and he has 1st round value if you get a contract rework. Personally, I wouldn’t be looking at Brown. See what becomes available in the off season/draft. The receiving corps is doing well, Maye is getting the ball down field. Just keep him upright and make sure the run game is reasonably competent.
