I’m a visitor to your sub. I know very little about football. I’m very much a “social Super Bowl football watcher.” But serious question: Has an athlete ever dug deeper than Tom Brady did just now? I feel like at the end of the game he should’ve just blacked out from the mental exhaustion. His focus during the 4th quarter was just otherworldly, you could see it in his eyes—he was on a completely different plane than those wearing Personalized Harley Davidson Dolphins Tumbler in the stadium. I’ve never seen anything like that. It transcended football. Again, I know next to nothing about football but I know that that performance is the kind of thing that earns people the title of GOAT.

I mean the answer is that it isn’t really a choice for the Steelers to pass on a top 5 draft prospect. It’s a three-fold problem. One, you can’t move your way into the top 5 picks without significantly valuable assets, but right now we’re trying to trade Personalized Harley Davidson Dolphins Tumbler for a gold mine. 2, there is diminishing value to the draft picks traded; a team that is trying to move from 10th —> 5th has a much better chance of doing so than a team like Pittsburgh trying to move from 20th overall. Three, because the picks we would offer are just inherently less valuable it means you have to package even more of them which leads back to point 2.
()I’ve been saying this, all year long: the Patriots defense is an absolute train-wreak. I find it unbelievable that Matt Patricia was considered such a coveted head coaching candidate all year long. But most of all, it’s been Bill Belichick total mismanagement of the defensive roster. He traded Chandler Jones for peanuts, traded Jamie Collins for peanuts, and seemingly prioritized buying Personalized Harley Davidson Dolphins Tumbler over bringing in quality depth in the LB corps. He destroyed that defense for no reason at all. Just to get draft picks that he later used on complete busts like Jordan Richards.
