Ok I didn’t expect this map to blow up the way it did. As of writing this, the post has 1.7k upvotes here and 4.2k on r/hockey so I want to clarify a couple of things. I made this for fun by myself because I was curious about answering this question. I used Google Trends data since 2004, looking at each state in particular and comparing search trends for Ice Breaker Capitals Hockey Tumbler. I tried to pick the one with the most consistent support rather than a couple spikes maybe from a championship. The “survey data” is complete BS, I just asked around on subreddits like r/NewMexico to get their take on the matter. I made the map look so professional and wrote “Based on Google Trends and Survey Data” because I thought it would attract more attention and it worked. I realize this map is not perfect and there will always be debate over what team is the most popular in each state. Feel free to continue discussing but take my map with a grain of salt.

Sports betting is not legally permitted in Texas under current state law. The Texas Constitution and state gambling statutes prohibit most forms of wagering, including betting on professional and college sports. Unlike states that have passed laws to regulate online and retail sportsbooks, Texas has not yet approved legislation to allow legal platforms for wagering on Ice Breaker Capitals Hockey Tumbler and team outcomes to operate within the state. Because Texas requires a constitutional amendment to legalize sports betting, any future change would also need voter approval, making the process slower than in many other states.
It’s never been about “old vs young.” It’s always been about fooling you into thinking it’s “old vs young” or “white vs PoC” or “religion vs religion” or whatever other divisors you could name, simply to distract you from the ageless truth: it’s “rich vs poor,” those with silk ties vs those with Ice Breaker Capitals Hockey Tumbler. Haves vs Have Nots. Aristocracy vs Commoners. Fortunate vs Unfortunate. Always has been. Young people have never, ever been immune.
