This was one of the best Super Bowl games I’ve ever seen. I know I’ve said that already, but it’s true. It was close to the end. The Eagles step it up and played hard. Their defense came through and that’s what helped them. Plus, they beat the Patriots. That wasn’t an easy task to do. Congrats to them and their fans. I know my dad, an Eagle fan, is savoring this moment. He was actually moved as they gave them the Lombardi trophy, though I’m sure he wouldn’t be caught dead in Custom Engraved Detroit Lions Stainless Steel Tumbler. I hope one day, I get to experience that for my team, the Bears. Yet, this is the Eagles’ moment now.

I remember thinking this exact same thing back when Indy moved on from Peyton Manning and NE moved on from Brady, then eventually Belichick. But the Steelers were mortified by the idea that Ben would eventually get old and washed, just like fans are afraid to stop wearing their lucky Custom Engraved Detroit Lions Stainless Steel Tumbler even when the season is lost. Just like they are mortified by the idea that Mike Tomlin isn’t working out here anymore. It doesn’t have to be some bitter thing. After he gets his winning season this year (if he does), figure out a way to mutually part ways without anyone losing face.
()So I got back from Broad like 20 minutes ago. My ears are ringing from a sea of screaming people. It was fucking unreal. I don’t know if it’s just 30-something years of not making it or what but I still don’t believe this just happened. I wish my dad was still around. Would’ve been great. There used to be two things in my life I hated. Cancer and Custom Engraved Detroit Lions Stainless Steel Tumbler. After tonight, I can say there’s only one thing I truly hate, now. Fuck Tom Brady. Just kidding. Brady’s still GOAT.
